Mark Stone does this thing where he goes in for the hit, makes the guy flinch, and then just steals the puck without making the hit. Here's a prime example from a rookie tournament in '13. It's pretty brilliant:

Yeah...this is fucking ridiculous. I couldn't believe it when it happened.

I made a stop like this a few summers ago. The guy skated by and was like "How the fuck did you stop that??". "Luckiest save I've ever made".

Thanks. I have a special list of players that I root for. Boyes is on that list (kind of like Jamie Lundmark and Steve Chiasson).

I think they should play Whitesnake everytime he's on the ice.................Bad Brad Boyes! or the Scorps Brad Boyes running Wild....when he scores....I wish I was the Leafs music guy.

I've done the same move in league play twice. Just with out the dramatic fall to the ice, but as Don Cherry says when you score act like you've done it before.

Never fired it into my own net, as far as I can remember :lol: I usually just give it away passing it forward. At least make them earn the goal :P

Kid needs work on his lateral movement but looks willing to practice so he should be good in time. :D
