So if indeed Vegas is the prime trade destination for Andersson who do they get back? I would assume its either Hertl, Barbashev or Karlsson......but all those guys have NMC and No trade lists. I wouldn't imagine they are willing to go up to Calgary so that's why this deal is not done.

I don't think the Leafs are doing too bad with the cards they've been dealt by past choices. Tavares Bargain and long term lock up of Knies.....gives them some extra money to look elsewhere.
