Wilson's been in Trotz's doghouse of late, so I'm not entirely certain where he ends up. I can't imagine they're just going to keep him on 4th line/press box duty for the remainder of the season.

One thing about the Preds--like the Coyotes you'd think they'd do better with more skill, especially up front, but given the very, VERY tight systems their respective coaches run, I can't help but think it's probably best to just keep stockpiling grinders.

Nashville and Phoenix's strategies seem economically based: scorers are expensive, therefore they make their systems as receptive to preventing goals as possible while trying to find undervalued offensive players (Whitney for example). That said, Nashville has had a dynamic offence in the past... it ended at the time Radulov left. Will be interesting to see how Trotz adjusts.

Didn't realize the Preds made a pretty big concession in order to make this happen. They're pulling out every stop possible to convince Weber/Suter to re-sign.

So uh...when the hell is he gonna play?

Well with Radulov back in the fold I have my playoff bet team now!

Go Preds!

Ditto. Imagine if Radulov wins the Conn Smythe?

Watching him in the playoffs is when I fell in love with his game as he clearly had an extra gear for big games back then.

Unfortunately this Radulov nonsense has become one giant distraction and little more.

Oh boy, according to PD's Dmitry Chesnokov, the KHL is letting Radulov return to the NHL provided he go back to the K next season. How's that for mercenary work?

Of course we all know how important contracts are to Radulov.

Leafs seems to like talent with a somewhat sketchy history with Kessel, Lupul, Phaneuf, and Grabo already on board. Though Radulov's may be a little to sketchy for Burke. If Bruins have space there room would likely be a great place to absorb him.

Anyone could use a Radulov type talent, but the Leafs are probably too focused on C and G right now.

I don't know if he's any more of a douche than a lot of NHLers, he just has no desire to play hockey at the highest level in the world. That makes him lazy, not necessarily a douche.

That being said, if he doesn't want to play here, no point in him playing here.

Yeah, we'd all turn down $9m+ a year when in the NHL he'd be lucky to make above $4m.
