It's okay, Suter, no shame in getting your jock handed to you by this guy...

The passing done to set this play up was impressive as well.

Sakic was so sedate and calm as a player we fans loved it on those rare occasions he brought the anger. He was unstoppable that year.

Sakic was one of my all time favorite players, and I fuckin' hated that he played for Quebec
When they moved to Colorado, it was awesome for many reasons - one being that it was ok to like Sakic without guilt

Kronwall destroys Voracek. Hope he's not seriously hurt.

Holy shit...and Kronwall didn't even have to move all that far to lay a lickin' like that. Voracek should know better, he was being downright lazy picking up that loose puck.

Kronwall does that at least once per game... Nothing about it looks illegal, IMO; the fact that the hittee isn't looking up when he gets plastered isn't Kronwall's fault - the Canucks scout that and he still delivers that hit pretty effectively. A little help from his teammates on the bench or on the ice would have helped here.

What bugs me more is that he has to "answer for that hit." No, he doesn't. It's a legal hit that should be allowed to continue, IMO. Kesler tried to get at Kronwall for plastering him, but that just makes Kesler look foolish.

Sorry, to me, this is crap. Rinaldo barely touched Ericsson a few weeks ago and gets suspended. Kronwall targets the head (intentional or not) and gets nothing. He should have at least be fined.

The angle of attack is what the NHL has a big problem and what goes into the "blindside" situation.

Peter McNabb is truly badass he needs to reference that more during Avs games!
